About the hair
Our collection is crafted from 100% Malaysian human hair, offering you the same styling versatility as your own natural hair—including bleaching, coloring and straightening.
However, because chemical lightening depletes essential proteins and melanin, we strongly recommend having all color services performed by a licensed professional to prevent potential shedding or the loss of your curl pattern.
Chemically treated or heat-straightened hair requires extra love. We also recommend a weekly deep conditioning treatment to restore moisture and maintain the hair’s health and luster.
What is 3B/3C-4A/ 4B-4C?
3B has a medium amount of curls, ranging from bouncy ringlets (spiral like curls of hair) to tight corkscrews (spiral-shaped corkscrew curls).
3C has tight curls in corkscrews. The curls are very tight and fine in texture.
4A has an “S” pattern when stretched. The curl pattern is more defined.
4B has a less defined curl pattern, like the letter “Z”.
4C is very tightly coiled and thick.

How long does the hair last?
Since our products are crafted from 100% virgin human hair, they exhibit the same natural characteristics as your own hair, including minimal shedding and tangling. To maximize the longevity of your investment—which typically spans 5-6 months with daily wear and over a year with professional maintenance—proper care is essential. Please note that high-density textures, such as Kinky patterns, feature tighter curls that require extra patience and gentle detangling to manage shedding effectively. Minimize heat and chemical exposure to keep the hair healthy.
Which hair length should I choose?
Generally our hair will experience shrinkage due to the tightness of the curls. It appears to be 45%~ 50% shorter than its actual length.

How to measure the cap size?
We offer cap structures in sizes S and M, with detailed dimensions shown in the figure below. Furthermore, most of our products feature an adjustable drawstring, ensuring a one-size-fits-all capability.
For the most accurate sizing results, measurements should be taken with care. We recommend pinning your hair as flat and tight as possible prior to measuring. This process eliminates surface irregularities and ensures the dimensions reflect your true head contour rather than hair volume.

Because of the time difference, most customer service inquiries will be responded during the hours above.
How long it takes to process my order?
For items in stock, orders typically require 1–3 business days for preparation, followed by 5–7 days for shipping. For custom or out-of-stock orders, please allow approximately 15–20 business days for processing prior to shipment.
Please note that weekends and holidays do not count as business days. Once your order is ready you will receive an email notification that it is ready to be shipped.
Attention:
We will need extra 1-2 business days to color or style it if you order color service or pre-styled products.
How can I track my order?
Once you place an order, an automated confirmation email will be sent to you. As soon as your order ships, we will provide a second email containing your tracking information. Please be sure to monitor your Spam or Junk folders, as these notifications can sometimes be misdirected.
