Lace Wigs

A lace wig is a specialized hairpiece in which human hair is individually hand-tied to a sheer, thin lace base that covers part or all of the scalp. Because the hair is tied directly into the lace, it creates the appearance of hair growing naturally from the scalp.

Lace wigs are further categorized by the size of the lace area. The types we currently offer are as follows:

· Full lace wigs: Provide maximum parting versatility across the entire cap and supports more advanced styling options.

· Lace front wigs (13"*6"): Feature a larger lace area at the front, providing a deeper part and more styling flexibility across the hairline. 

· Lace closure wigs (5"*5" or 4"*4"): Feature a smaller parting area and a manageable amount of lace, making it well suited to everyday wear. 

We use Swiss transparent lace, which has a subtle brown tint. Compared with HD lace, Swiss lace is more durable and can last longer with proper care. Its natural-looking finish also blends well with a range of skin tones, helping create a seamless appearance. 

Half Wigs

A half wig covers part of the head while leaving some of your natural hair at the front exposed. This allows you to blend your own hairline with the wig while adding length and volume for a natural-looking style.

Half wigs are easy to put on and take off, making them a great option for beginners. They offer a simple way to enjoy a new style without a complicated installation process. 

Shake N Go Full Wigs with Bangs 

The HerGivenHair Shake N Go Full Wig with Bangs is designed for natural hair lovers who want a fast, full-coverage style without leave-out, edge blending, or a complicated lace-front install. With face-framing bangs, a small lace parting area, and adjustable drawstring straps, this wig is made for true shake-and-go styling.

Thin Part Wig / V-part Wig 

A thin-part, or V-part wig features a V-shaped opening that lets you blend a small section of your natural hair with the wig for a natural-looking part. Hergivenhair Outlet’s seamless V-part wig has an invisible weft opening designed to lie flat and blend discreetly with your natural hair for a smooth, seamless finish.

How to measure the cap size?

We offer cap structures in sizes S and M, with detailed dimensions shown in the figure below. Furthermore, most of our products feature an adjustable drawstring, ensuring a one-size-fits-all capability (The “one size fits all” cap is approximately the same size as our M cap.). 

For the most accurate sizing results, measurements should be taken with care. We recommend pinning your hair as flat and tight as possible prior to measuring. This process eliminates surface irregularities and ensures the dimensions reflect your true head contour rather than hair volume.  

Shipping Information 

We offer worldwide shipping to accommodate our global clientele. For most deliveries, we utilize USPS as our primary shipping carrier.

For items in stock, orders typically require 1–3 business days for preparation, followed by 5–7 days for shipping.

For custom or out-of-stock orders, please allow approximately 15–20 business days for processing prior to shipment.

Attention:

We will need extra 1-2 business days to color or style it if you order color service or pre-styled products. 

Once you place an order, an automated confirmation email will be sent to you. As soon as your order ships, we will provide a second email containing your tracking information. Exchange Policy

Selecting the perfect hair texture can be challenging without seeing it in person. To ensure your complete satisfaction, we are pleased to offer a one-time exchange for length or texture within 7 days of receipt. This offer applies exclusively to unopened and unused products. To begin the process, simply email our customer service team, and a representative will guide you through your exchange. 

Please note that all Ready to Ship category sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Please review the following important guidelines regarding your exchange:

1. Natural Variation in Curl Definition

Please note that the curl pattern of your new hair may appear more tightly defined upon arrival than the styles showcased on the website. This is a natural result of the manufacturing and packaging process.

2. Eligibility Requirements (Strictly Enforced)

If you believe the curl pattern is completely different from your own hair, please contact us immediately. To remain eligible for an exchange, the hair must be kept exactly as it arrived.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges if:

• The hair has been washed, installed, colored, or bleached.
• The security ties have been cut or removed.
• The product has been altered in any way.

There are no exceptions to this policy.

3. Restocking Fees

For all wig product exchanges, a flat $20 restocking fee will be applied.

Return Policy

Our team is fully committed to ensuring customer satisfaction, and your happiness is our top priority. Each bundle has been examined by one of our natural hair specialists to ensure its quality before being sent to you. 

Attention:

The curl pattern of the hair product you received may appear a little more defined than those showcased on the website. This is a natural result of the manufacturing and packaging process.

If you feel that the curl pattern you received is COMPLETELY different from the curl pattern of your own hair, please email service@outlet.hergivenhair.com ASAP, and keep the hair EXACTLY THE WAY IT CAME. This means the hairs have NOT been brushed out, combed with your fingers, washed, installed, colored, or bleached. The ties have NOT been cut. We cannot do return or exchanges on hair that has been altered in any form. No exceptions.

Within the first 7 days of receipt, please email customer care and one of our customer service representatives will assist with the issue. We will then issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns without Authorization are not allowed.

You are responsible for all shipping costs (the shipping fee we shipped it out and the shipping fee you will return it). After we receive hair, we will issue return after examination of hair.

Kindly note that the tax included in your order payment is non-refundable since it has already been applied to customs processing. For the wig products, you will need to pay $20 for the restocking fee to return.

About the hair

Our collection is crafted from 100% Malaysian human hair, offering you the same styling versatility as your own natural hair—including bleaching, coloring and straightening.

However, because chemical lightening depletes essential proteins and melanin, we strongly recommend having all color services performed by a licensed professional to prevent potential shedding or the loss of your curl pattern. 

Chemically treated or heat-straightened hair requires extra love. We also recommend a weekly deep conditioning treatment to restore moisture and maintain the hair’s health and luster.

What is 3B/3C-4A/ 4B-4C?

3B has a medium amount of curls, ranging from bouncy ringlets (spiral like curls of hair) to tight corkscrews (spiral-shaped corkscrew curls).

3C has tight curls in corkscrews. The curls are very tight and fine in texture.

4A has an “S” pattern when stretched. The curl pattern is more defined.

4B has a less defined curl pattern, like the letter “Z”.

4C is very tightly coiled and thick.

How long does the hair last?

Since our products are crafted from 100% virgin human hair, they exhibit the same natural characteristics as your own hair, including minimal shedding and tangling. To maximize the longevity of your investment—which typically spans 5-6 months with daily wear and over a year with professional maintenance—proper care is essential. Please note that high-density textures, such as Kinky patterns, feature tighter curls that require extra patience and gentle detangling to manage shedding effectively. Minimize heat and chemical exposure to keep the hair healthy. 

Which hair length should I choose?

Generally our hair will experience shrinkage due to the tightness of the curls. It appears to be 45%~ 50% shorter than its actual length.
